Deliveries

How long will my delivery take?

We offer FREE Next Day delivery on items over £20 to mainland UK! All orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched on a next day delivery service. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. (Excludes bank holidays and national holidays).

Orders under £200 will be dispatched free on Economy 2-3 day delivery service.

For deliveries outside the UK mainland a surcharge will be added.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided after placing your order. MOST deliveries will be made between 08:00am – 19:00pm Monday – Friday.

Missed Deliveries?

For security all our deliveries require a signature!

All orders paid via card will be shipped to the billing address ONLY! Orders paid via PayPal will be shipped to the address confirmed on that account!

Our courier services have a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver you. If the first is unsuccessful you will be notified and you then have the option to rearrange delivery with the currier directly. If the second attempt is missed you will then be charged in full for re-delivery even if delivery was originally offered for free.

If you have instructed your currier to leave the item in a specific location without signing for the delivery, you do so at your own risk, Wildwood Glamping Co. will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the item/s.

For most UK address we will achieve next day delivery, however our next day service is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays incurred by our courier.

Delivery Outside Mainland UK

For deliveries to outside mainland UK a surcharge will be added.

Please allow 3-5 days.

Returns

You may return an item to us as long as it is unopened/unused and in original packaging, if a return request is made to us within 14 days of delivery the item must be received back to us within 30 days. Please ensure your returns request is authorised before returning items.
