We offer FREE Next Day delivery on items over £20 to mainland UK! All orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched on a next day delivery service. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. (Excludes bank holidays and national holidays).
Orders under £20 will be dispatched free on Economy 2-3 day delivery service.
For deliveries outside the UK mainland a surcharge will be added.
Tracking information will be provided after placing your order. MOST deliveries will be made between 08:00am – 19:00pm Monday – Friday.
For security all our deliveries require a signature!
All orders paid via card will be shipped to the billing address ONLY! Orders paid via PayPal will be shipped to the address confirmed on that account!
Our currier services have a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver you.if the first is unsuccessful you will be notified and you then have the option to rearrange delivery with the currier directly if the second attempt is missed you will be charged in full for re-delivery even if delivery was originally offer for free
If you have instructed your currier to leave the item in a specific location without signing for the delivery’ you do so at your own risk, Wildwood Glamping Co will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the item/s.
For most UK address we will achieve next day delivery’ however our next day service is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays incurred by our courier.
For deliveries to outside mainland UK a surcharge will be added
Please allow 3-5 days.
You may return an item to us as long as it is unopened/unused and in original packaging, if a return request is made to us within 14 days of delivery the item must be received back to us within 30 days. Please ensure your returns request is authorised before returning items.

Canvas bell tents are not designed to be used as a long term structure they are to be used for leisure purposes rather than left pitched for extended amounts of time.
If you are pitching for longer periods then you will need to maintain the canvas, keeping it in good condition to help prevent mould forming.
Always ensure you dry your tent thoroughly after use and store in a dry place.
Inner tents are used to create bedrooms within the bell tent. Ideal to create a little privacy within the tent or to have separate sleeping areas.
Inner tents are easy to install and remove so you can use the tent with or without depending on the requirements.
The protective cover offers protection against falling debris from trees that could potentially damaged the canvas tent. In addition it will also offer a layer of protection against environmental factors such as bird droppings, tree sap and other potential unwanted stains.
All Wildwood Glamping Co bell tents are treated with a UV, Waterproof and mould resistant agent. However you must ensure that the tent is completely dry before packing away.
Bell tents should be completely dry before packing away and storing a dry place.
Yes a stove can be fitted to one of our tents with a pre fitted stove hole.
Canvas fabric is more fire retardant than man made materials such as polyester which is why more people prefer to choose this option.
All of our 365gsm cotton canvas tents are treated during the manufacturing process with fire retardancy agent, this will prevent the canvas from igniting.

Yes all Wildwood Glamping Co bell tents have a detachable zipped in groundsheet made from heavy duty, waterproof 540gsm PVC.
All Wildwood Glamping Co bell tents come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. General wear and tear is not covered.
Grams Per Square Metre.
GSM stands for grams per square metre, which refers to the weight of a fabric. In general, the higher a fabric’s GSM, the thicker and more hard-wearing it’s likely to be.
